Please only attempt if you are comfortable doing this knowing there is a chance you may have to replace the whole assembly if not careful. I wouldn't recommend scraping the glass with the card like I did towards the last.. Just use the goof off to soften it and then it will come right off after a few rounds of doing so. I was able to reuse the adhesive on the sides cuz I took it apart carefully and made sure it was kept clean and sticky and free of tiny glass pieces before reassembly. If it gets at all dirty though I would recommend replacing the adhesive. It's really cheap to do.

I didn't re-glue the lcd to the glass, Just the whole assembly to the frame of the phone. It works fine.
This was my first time and I proved it can be done! I wanted to make this video because I couldn't find any good ones of anyone doing it except a few that were hard to follow.
