How can you upload stock footage to Shutterstock? Well, it's quite simple: all you have to do is download an FTP client (Shutterstock recommends CyberDuck or FileZilla) and upload your video files using the FTP. It is quick and easy once you know how to do it and you can do the same thing with your stock photos.
Step 1: Download FileZilla or CyberDuck
Step 2: Enter the host (ftp.shutterstock.com), your Shutterstock username and password. (Leave the port blank.)
Step 3: Drag your video file(s) into the FTP server.
Step 4: Log onto your Shutterstock contributor account, click on "videos" and go to "not yet submitted."
Step 5: Enter the information about the video and submit the image for review.
