Wilo pump rotor failure
The boiler is noisy and boiling even though the heat exchangers have been cleaned. Even with reduced gas pressure to the burner. The reason is that the pump isn't pumping at full capacity. The rotor is broken! I checked it by installing a new winding on the rotor, but it's still barely turning!
