HOW TO UNBRICK/UNROOT/DOWNGRADE LG Motion 4G - STEP BY STEP
THIS WILL LIKELY WIPE ALL THE DATA ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD AND BACK UP ANYTHING IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BEGIN!!

YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE UPDATE YOU WANT TO USE FIRST. There are 4 different versions to choose from. Versions C-F, I use version C in the video. These downloads are TORRENTS, I will eventually upload at least version C to a filesharing site, but for now you NEED a torrent client to download the firmware. Choose one of the TORRENT LINKS because i DO NOT COVER how to convert the CAB file to a KDZ file in this video. Plus the torrent actually downloaded MUCH faster than the direct link did.
Follow the video to downgrade or unbrick. If you get stuck in a bootloop after you finish, follow these steps to do a HARD RESET on your phone (THIS WILL WIPE ALL DATA, make sure YOU BACKUP EVERYTHING IMPORTANT BEFOREHAND):
On version C:
1.) Pull battery, put battery back in
2.) Hold POWER + VOL-
3.) AS SOON AS YOUR PHONE VIBRATES release POWER
4.) Rapidly press HOME + BACK at the same time, until the little android man shows up.
5.) Phone will reboot, Hard Reset complete.
All other versions:
1.) Pull battery, put back in
2.) Hold POWER + VOL-
3.) A popup will appear asking you to confirm Hard Reset.
4.) Confirm it, phone will reboot after reset completes.
