ZOTAC 3080 Artifacts and Blue screen of death FIX

This Nvidia 3080 from Zotac reported to show artifacts and results in a blue screen of death. It would not display anything afterward.
Following MODS software error report, i assumed the wrong chip was causing the problem but for educational purposes decided to proceed with replacing it with yet another working chip just to prove the point.
Correct chip was replaced in the end and now card is working again.
