Will Lukashenko be arrested?
The European Parliament adopted a resolution "Relations with Belarus" in which it stated that Lukashenko is an accomplice to the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. This is the first international document where this norm is recorded (we leave aside political statements). There is a clause on complicity in the deportation of Ukrainian children.
Does this mean issuing a warrant "for aggression", as a number of publications have managed to write?
