How To Add Voiceover In Canva Video describe
As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Canva did not have built-in voiceover recording features for videos directly within the platform. However, you can add a voiceover to your Canva video by creating the voiceover separately and then combining it with your video using video editing software. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1: Prepare Your Voiceover
Recording: Use audio recording software or apps to record your voiceover. You can use tools like Audacity (free), Adobe Audition, or even built-in voice recording apps on your computer or mobile device.
Edit Your Voiceover: After recording, edit your voiceover to ensure clarity, remove background noise, and make any necessary adjustments.
Save Your Voiceover: Export and save your voiceover as an audio file (e.g., MP3, WAV).
Step 2: Edit Your Video in Canva
Sign in to Canva: If you don't already have an account, sign up for free on Canva's website.
Create a New Project: Choose "Create a design" and set the project type to "Custom dimensions" with the appropriate video aspect ratio.
Upload Your Video: Click the "Uploads" tab and upload the video you want to edit.
Add Your Video to the Design: Drag and drop your uploaded video onto the blank canvas.
Step 3: Combine Your Video and Voiceover
Import Your Voiceover: Import your prepared voiceover into your video editing software. This could be professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or a free option like HitFilm Express.
Video and Voiceover Timeline: Place the video and voiceover files on separate tracks in the timeline.
Sync Timing: Align the voiceover with the video content, making sure it matches the actions and scenes.
Adjust Levels: You can adjust the volume levels of both the video's original audio and the voiceover to ensure a balanced mix.
Export the Video: After syncing the voiceover, export the video with the new audio track. You can choose different export settings based on your needs.
Step 4: Share Your Video
Once your video with the added voiceover is exported, you can share it on various platforms, including social media, YouTube, or your website.
