In this video I run through all of the new features brought to Stream Deck in the recent 5.3 Stream Deck Software Update.
To get the update, go into the Stream Deck app settings and click "Check for updates". Once updated, remember to also go back into settings and check for Firmware updates !
The main new features in Stream Deck version 5.3 are:
1.) OBS Studio Integration 2.0 with additional actions to Control OBS Studio
2.) Custom multi-action delay.... not to be confused with the delay action in a multi action!!
This gives control over the 'baked in' delay that there was previously between all actions in a multi action (200ms). Now this can be reduced to 2ms, but beware.... this may be two quick for some multi-actions to function properly!

3.) Resizable property inspector within the app - useful if you use actions that contain a lot of settings and information
4.) Device rotation - you now have the ability to rotate the icons on the button so that you can use your Stream Deck sideways or even upside down if you want!
5.) Corsair Voyager Laptop support. The new laptop from Corsair effectively has a row of built in stream deck buttons. Use version 5.3 of the software to program them. Here's more info about the Corsair Voyager Laptop: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/voyager...
If you're looking for a stream deck I can highly recommend the XL... trust me, if you think you can manage with 15 keys or 6, you may be right, but you'll wish you had more!!
