How to Overcome Demotivation in Coding
Lock in on your coding goals like this If you want to get anywhere close to monetizing your coding skills you need to master 1 thing.
It’s going to sound silly when I say this but this is what took me from 0 to monetizing my own coding skills.
It’s action.
But not just any action,
Massive action.
The only way you can achieve this is by making yourself do things even when you really don’t want to.
This is where the beautiful “3, 2, 1” method comes.
This is a method that tricks your brain into doing whatever you want to do.
This is a personal strategy I used while I was a full time computer science major as well as a part of a part time coding boot camp.
So in order for you to do this in relation to ur coding goals,
Anytime you are holding off on coding give yourself 3 seconds
And 3 seconds only, then immediately get up and get to coding.
