2 oz. / 60 ml Southern Comfort (I used 100 proof Southern Comfort)
.5 oz. / 15 ml Grenadine (I subbed Cheerwine syrup)
1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
3 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Mint and Cherries for garnish
Shake first 4 ingredients and strain over fresh ice. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a mint spring and cherries.
