Why does the God Without Beginning and Infinite say of Himself that He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end? About being born from Above. About being born as a child of God.
Beginningless
I have written to you, fathers, because you have come to know Him Who is Without Beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.
1 John 2:14
The body has a beginning and an end.
The soul has a beginning but no end, like a ray of the sun.
The spirit has neither beginning nor end.
So, when the God Without Beginning began, the first thing He did was to beget a Son, and through Him, together with Him, He created all things.

When God says that He is without beginning, He is speaking of Himself.
When God speaks of Himself as the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, He is speaking of us in Him, of us in relation to Him. Of our birth in God, which is the Alpha, the beginning, and of our endless approach to Him, which is the Omega.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, says the Lord, who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.
Revelation 1:8
And He said to me, "It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely.
