Two jugs of fake blood. A chainsaw that was ordered but never found. A phone call to a number that may never have been answered again. Day three of the D4vd preliminary hearing just handed the courtroom a timeline built almost entirely out of objects.
Musician D4vd is facing a preliminary hearing connected to the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose remains were discovered inside a Tesla in a Los Angeles tow yard. In this episode, we walk through what was actually presented in court on day three: LAPD forensic testimony on chainsaws recovered from the defendant's garage, wipes tested for possible blood, a blue inflatable pool matched to fragments recovered during the autopsy, and geolocation data placing a phone and a Tesla on the same route from the Hollywood Hills to Santa Barbara County — more than once. We also cover the removal of a reporter and a private investigator from the courtroom, and the defense's first real counter-argument: that the fake blood tested negative and may simply be merchandise material. This is not a verdict. Under the law, D4vd remains presumed innocent unless and until prosecutors prove their case at trial. We break down only what's in the public record, so you can weigh the evidence for yourself.
