Hands down, my car buying experience with SF Toyota is the best I've ever had. We live in rural Nevada and wanted to buy a Toyota 4Runner Trail edition. There were two available in Idaho, which is much closer than SF, and one at SF Toyota. Long story short, SF Toyota offered the best deal, so we drove the 8.5 hours to San Francisco. We were concerned about getting what we wanted for our trade in, but again, no worries. We got a fair price for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The entire staff was personable and helpful and the transaction went very smoothly. We dealt with Tani, who is the best! He was helpful and knowledgeable. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He checked with us after the sale, twice, to make certain everything was okay, and he sent us the missing trailer hitch plug as promised. I would definitely drive the 8.5 hours to SF again to buy another Toyota from Tani. Kudos to the San Francisco Toyota staff!
