Try first:
ESET reportedly fixed now. re comment hqnll please try uninstalling and reinstalling with the latest ESET download

Also re: comment by Kostadin Stoykov make sure you did update KB3095020 which may not be picked up by windows update and you need to get from Microsoft update catalog
Some users report the key changes back at boot **** If keys change back Please try • Windows 10 - Stop Desktop Icons Movin... to write the key automatically at shutdown so it will startup with working keys. It should rewrite to registry on shutdown so computer starts every time with fix.
