More Charges Against Janitor Accused of Peeping
Multiple new charges were filed Tuesday against a former school janitor. New complaints say Walter Happel went far beyond peeping on children in the bathroom. The 62-year-old was arrested earlier this spring after allegedly looking under a bathroom stall to watch an 11-year-old boy use the bathroom.
