Uploading Runs - BaseSpace™ Command Line Interface (CLI)
With the release of version 1.2.0 of the BaseSpace™ Sequence Hub Command Line Interface (CLI) tool, users can now upload runs to BaseSpace™ Sequence Hub after sequencing has already completed. This tutorial covers setting proper permissions and using BaseSpace CLI to upload a run to your BaseSpace™ account.
