Specifically, we'll meet Electro Archon for the first time, participate in the resistance against the God's Eye Hunt, fight a bit, and meet a couple of Fatui harbingers in unexpected circumstances. We'll also be leveling up Columbine, though that's not the main focus of this episode ;)
