Notification: Store Preview and Dashboard Update Issue within Shopify Theme Editor
Dear Valued Customers,
We are writing to inform you about a recent issue that some of our customers have encountered while editing their stores.
It has come to our attention that when making changes to your store and attempting to preview them, the preview page may not load properly. Additionally, there have been reports of delays in changes taking effect, with some changes reverting back to the default settings upon reloading the dashboard.
We have checked and figured out this issue is happening on all shopify themes such as Dawn, themes on the Shopify theme store and on our theme too. We think it is from the latest update from Shopify these days: Shopify Editions Summer ’23 which has the changes in the dashboard page and others.
We understand how crucial it is to have a smooth and efficient editing experience. Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue and is trying to contact Shopify support team to address it promptly and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
