Ceramics Slab Technique
The last hand building technique you will learn is known as "slab" construction. You have already been introduced to this technique in Module 3: Glazes & Test Tiles, but this module will expand on that knowledge to use of the slab roller machine to make perfect slabs every time. Slab construction is a very flexible form of construction that can be used to create geometric forms as well as to quickly cover armatures.
