Long since the Microsoft gave out the new and unique looking Windows 8, everyone was perplexed with its totally new interface. No doubt it was great looking and easy to use. But there was a slight problem, a very basic problem in straight words. The problem was there was no proper shutdown option. I was not able to find the shutdown option. Not even the traditional Start Menu shutdown procedure, so I simply pressed the power button to switch off the laptop. Later I came to know that I have to swipe the lower right corner to get to power options. What? I just want a clear Shutdown button, that's it. So, I looked for and this is what i found. A simple slide to shutdown option which can be pinned to taskbar or just be placed like an icon on the desktop. It made life easy :)
