Cloud Config Management and Orchestration with Ansible
Selecting the ideal automation and orchestration tool for your DevOps enabled organization is a key to success to achieving agility and speed without sacrificing quality. Ansible CLI, well known for its configuration management and procedural capabilities, is well suited for building a baseline cloud infrastructure to support applications like Banner, kubernetes clusters, and VDI platform as a service. Ansible Tower is suitable for cloud orchestration, such as staging and managing a container storm that runs an application suite’s mid and web tiers.
This session will expose learners to Ansible Tower’s orchestration capabilities. A real world example will demonstrate the rapid push of an application mid tier for a hypothetical disaster recovery exercise between cloud regions in the Oracle Cloud.
