Did This Book Fix Shadowrun's Matrix?
A few months ago I was handed a copy of The Matrix Defragged. The book's author promised to streamline Shadowruns' 3rd edition Matrix rules in an effort to fix a lot of the maddening complexity surrounding the Matrix.
