Instructions for digitally signing PDF files
Instructions on how to sign PDF files using an electronic signature.
1. Prepare the documents and contracts to be digitally signed in PDF format.
Plug your valid USB token (digital signature) into your computer before signing.
2. Open the file to be signed, then select: Protect - Sign & Certify - Place Signature - Move the mouse cursor to the area where you want to sign to select the data containing the signature.
3. After selecting the signature area, the screen will display the option to select the digital signature. Sign As - Sign.
4. Choose a folder to save the digitally signed file - Choose a new folder or save it on the old file.
5. Enter your digital signature PIN - Log in - The result should look like the image below.
