See Baseline Work, Actual Work, and Availability in Microsoft Project
By default, the Task Usage and Resource Usage views only display Work in the timephased grid on the right side of the view. However, Microsoft Project can display other useful details such as Baseline Work, Actual Work, Remaining Availability, and Work Availability.
This is especially helpful when comparing planned work against actual work, reviewing progress against the baseline, analyzing resource capacity, or trying to see when resources still have availability.
Dale demonstrates how to add these additional details from the shortcut menu, how to use the Detail Styles dialog box, how to reorder the displayed rows, and how to widen the Details column so the information is easier to read.
