The best option is to set the render resolution to 80% and get 16 GB of ram.

Recording software takes 4-8 fps depending of how much stock you got on your setup, if its higher that means 4 fps, if your setup is almost on minimum system requirements for specify game, than it cost extra more fps and the game will get random cut scenes duo to the keep the recording software on run.
