In this video, you’ll learn two simple, step-by-step methods to resolve the notorious Error Code 1 and Error Code 5 when running PUBG Mobile on the GameLoop emulator for PC.
• Error Code 1
– Causes: Windows “Memory Integrity” setting or conflicts with Valorant.
– Fix: Disable Core Isolation → Memory Integrity in Windows Security, then reboot.
• Error Code 5
– Causes: Unstable internet connection, firewall/antivirus blocking, or DNS issues.
– Fix:
Verify and restart your router.
Allow GameLoop through Windows Defender Firewall (and any third-party AV).
Flush DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns) and reset Winsock (netsh winsock reset), then reboot.
