BioNTech is facing the judge due to the side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine. A woman who allegedly observed side effects after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine produced by BioNTech in Germany filed a lawsuit for compensation of 150 thousand Euros to the company. The first hearing of the case will be held in Hamburg on Monday. Plaintiff alleges that he suffered from headache, fatigue and sleep disturbance due to the vaccine. BioNTech, on the other hand, denied the accusations and explained that the health problems experienced were possible side effects in the vaccine package insert. He also stressed that this situation is temporary. After this news took place in the media, people started to say that they encountered many side effects after getting vaccinated, and then these side effects negatively affected their lives. According to the laws in Germany, when a drug or vaccine is scientifically proven to cause greater harm than its benefit, companies producing drugs and vaccines are liable to pay compensation for side effects.
