READ THIS FOR TEXT GUIDE, NO AUDIO IN VIDEO RENDER SETTINGS ARE IN THE LAST 2 MINUTES OF PART 2
STEP 1.
-Add multiple shapes
-Spread them around, spin them and re-size them but make sure they all still touch
STEP 2.
-Duplicate the group you should now have.
(Select top shape-go to last shape-hold shift and select-all should be highlighted white-press ctrl+c then ctrl+v)
-Spread around, spin and re-size the groups you now have until you get an okay looking shape
(It's going to be changed so it doesn't need to be perfect)
STEP 3.
-Group everything
(Select top shape or group-go to last shape or group hold shift and select-all should be highlighted white-press alt+g to group objects to a null object)
-After you have everything grouped and into one null object, start adding deformers
(Go to objects[between edit and tools on upper left corner] and hover over deformations and select the ones I have added or add different ones)
-Add deformations until you get a shape you like
(You can keep the shape you have now, but you might want to keep going with it)
-Add deformations where needed
-Re-size, rotate or move parts of your render that need to be
