In this tutorial , I used 3 applications, I used Kinemaster, FlipaClip and Alight Motion

I used KINEMASTER to put some overlay in every frame , Overlay downloaded from assets store of kinemaster

I used FLIPACLIP to trace every outline and frame by frame
3rd:

I used ALIGHT MOTION to put GLOW EFFECT on every outline TAKENOTE: If you want to do this kind of project , you need a lot of time and you should be creative by doing this
