ADB theming setup without PC | Hex installer | Easy Fix

So after the One UI 3.1 update we can no longer use Hex installer without doing the custom theming setup. And for that setup we have multiple options. We can do it through connecting smartphone with the PC. But i have used a simple and easy step to do the custom theme without even using PC. All we have to do is to Install Shizuku app and in some simple steps we can Enable custom theming in our smartphone.
