The video above is not the maximum potential of a C0 Ganyu, there are many other Youtube videos with higher damage numbers than mine. I simply used what I had in my arsenal (Wanderer's Troupe) and got a few lucky rolls for the artifacts. Others may opt for the new Cryo Set but I haven't farmed any of those. Theoretically, you won't need as much crit rate as I have as Ganyu has a 20% built-in increase, cryo party buff gives 15%, and cryo artifact set can give up to 40% on frozen enemies.
