A video of me texturing an asset for an archviz project I'm working on using Substance painter and exporting the textures to the unreal engine 4.
I start off using blender to generate a UV map, then using this map I import it into Affinity Photo to create a mask for Substance Painter to separate the materials I want to use on my asset. After using Affinity photo I take the newly create material maps into Substance Painter. Where I apply the material maps and create a normals map, to create a material for the Unreal Engine. Then I export the maps out of Substance Painter and import them into the Unreal Engine where I use the material editor within the Unreal engine to create the materials from the textures I created.
If you're reading this description and you would like some help about the software I've used please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
