STEPS HERE:
1. Download VC++ 2010 here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downlo...
2. Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\__Installer\vc\vc2008sp1\redist
3. Copy the downloaded file in the above directory (If it asks, replace the existing file).
4. Open Origin and install SimCity
5. Play SimCity
