Here it is, BeamNG 0.24! As usual, the developers are giving us updates like very few in the industry. The list of fixes is extremely long, and there are a few surprises in store! This update seems to be just a teaser, because in the changelog, at the end, the team seems to say that all this is just to be able to release big content and great gifts for the holidays!! I put almost 4x more work, preparation, and editing into this video to offer you a better overall quality than usual... especially for the intro. 😅
Well, on the menu for this update, broadly speaking, we have...
The renovation of the 1996 Ibishu Pessima and the Gavril H-Series with lots of new parts and new liveries. The PBR update for more realistic and much more beautiful textures on the Utah map, Jungle Rock Island, and Small Island. A ton of new missions spread across all levels, as well as the new "bird's eye view" mode with functional GPS and the ability to set routes and even fast travel! Surprisingly, we also get new accessories like a fridge, couches, chairs, cardboard boxes, and a CRT TV! The interface has been completely redesigned, along with a new stereo audio mode and improved force feedback for players behind the wheel. Oh yeah, and... the addition of neon lights under several cars!
