Add your grinds Then With water just off the boil Add about twice as Much water as coffee For the bloom Waiting 30seconds Here helps the Coffee fully soak up The bloom water And once time the times Elapsed, begin adding The rest of your water In slowly in circles Just making sure you Keep the water level Above the coffee But not filling up
