How to End Client Server Runtime Subsystem Progress in Windows 8 Release Preview
(1 Launch Task Manager
(2 Under the Process tab, look for Client Server Runtime Subsystem progress
(3 Right-click on the file and click on Delete
(4 If Windows prompts you with a warning box, then is is a legit Client Server Runtime Subsystem Progress

Don't end process csrss.exe or else you will get BSOD!
