Secret Best Chaos Reach Build?

So this video is explaining that instead of geomags for one bar of super how about crown for decrease cooldown on the whole super bar. Basically get a kill with chaos reach with crown, conduction time ( depending on how many kills) Conduction time caps at times 3. This decreases cooldown on all abilities!
