Today a new LUAZ arrived for an off-road trip, with modifications!
LuAZ 969 all-terrain vehicle - A legend from the USSR can give any modern SUV a run for its money on off-road conditions, regardless of its preparation.
On an off-road ride, we compared the LuAZ against the UAZ Patriot with a 2.5 Diesel engine from BMW, 35" XT wheels, a Jeep Whrangler on 35" tires, a Suzuki Jimni 1.8L on 33" Silvers and a Nissan Terrano 3L on 33" XT
Having seen the results of the retro LUAZ on 27" MT tires compared to huge SUVs, jeepers realized that an off-road battle with this all-wheel drive monster would not be so easy)
Thanks to the special design of the suspension with final drives and torsion bars, the LUAZ achieves such cool results. Plus, this LuAZ has an engine from a VAZ 20183, which is twice as powerful as the stock engine!
