The reason I chose Charles, aka, HumbleMechanic for this video is because he's been a dealership VW tech for years and is directly affected by the scandal. I can think of no one more qualified to ask these questions to.

It's a difficult situation at best, and it's anyones guess on how things will turn out. Here's the latest info I could find. It seems there still isn't news on the latest rulings.
