Blazor (WebAssembly) and Web API on .NET 6 (C#) - Let’s Build a Shopping Cart Application - Part 11
This is the eleventh and final part in a series of videos that provides a step by step guide for building a Shopping Cart application using Blazor WebAssembly and Web API, built on .NET 6.
In this video we modify the code so as to improve the performance of our application. We update certain LINQ queries to optimise certain code in the Web API component. We then use LocalStorage functionality within the Blazor component so that we can reduce trips to the server to retrieve data. The Blazored.LocalStorage NuGet package is used for the local storage functionality.
