Izotope Neutron Mixing Plugin | Reverb Demo Video
Matt Murray of iZotope came by Reverb to show us Neutron (http://bit.ly/2d9TAZW), iZotope's new multi-purpose mixing assistant. This channel strip is stacked with features including tons of situation specific presets and a track assistant. The track assistant will analyze your audio, discern what kind it is, and make some initial EQ and Compression suggestions that you can tweak. Track assistant also sets up neutrino mode to add spectral shaping to your mix. A couple other cool features that Matt goes over in this demo are the 'Masking Meter' for recognizing where instruments are clashing, and the 'Inverse Link' button for cutting and boosting EQ across tracks simultaneously.
