Enable Flash In Google Chrome for all Users and websites using Regedit
Click on the i in the upper right if you want to make it even easier. You can download my .reg rile, run it, and flash will be enabled for all users, all websites in Google.

If you work in a domain environment like I do, there are times when hundreds of users will need access to flash and you will have to enable per users. Well, this will enable for all users and any website you want to add. If you want, you can change the code from [*.]example.com to https://* see • Enable Flash in Chrome On All Website...
That will enable flash on all websites. Of course you would create two new string values because you would need one for http://*and one for https://*
