Click Manage tab Settings panel (Snaps).In the Snaps dialog, do one of the following: To enable snaps, clear Snaps Off, and define other settings as desired to specify snap increments and disable selected object snaps. To disable all snaps, select Snaps Off.
Click OK.Open the view in which you want to add a callout to a drafting view.Click View tab Create panel (Callout).On the Reference panel, select Reference Other View.Select a reference view name from the drop-down list. Set the work plane where you want the text to display.Click (Model Text). Architecture tab Model panel (Model Text) ...In the Edit Text dialog, enter the text, and click OK.Place the cursor in the drawing area. ...Move the cursor to the desired location, and click to place the model text.
