Terraria - Terraria - Mining Helmet
The miners/Mining Helmet is a great piece of equipment for people who mine frequently as It provides a light source when underground. Despite the Light source being slightly lesser to a torch, it is still a great piece of equipment to have equipped when mining underground!
Items such as the orb of light are considered to be better items.
