Row 4 — inc, 2 sc, inc, ch, turn (6)
Rows 5-9 — 6 sc, ch, turn (6)
Row 10 — dec, 2 sc, dec, ch, turn (4)
Row 11 — 4 sc, ch, turn (4)
Row 12 — 2 dec, ch, turn (2)
Row 13 — 2 sc, ch, turn (2)
Row 14 — 2 inc, ch, turn (4)
Row 15 — 4 sc, ch, turn (4)

Trim the yarn longer and sew rows 1 and 25 together with a needle. Wrap the yarn around the middle of the bow, tie a knot, and tuck in the ends.
BOW TAILS:
9 ch, from the 2nd loop sl-st, 6 sc, sl-st, 9 ch again, from the 2nd loop sl-st, 6 sc, sl-st, an additional sl-st in the first loop if desired.
Sew the ends of the yarn to the bow base.
