Review xDuoo Link2 Bal: top mobile DAC for smartphone
► The #xDuoo #Link2Bal USB DAC uses a dual dedicated chip from Cirrus Logic: CS43131 and LM27762 opamp. The device supports music playback up to 384 kHz/32 bit, native DSD256. The device is powered from a source, but moderately at 5 volts 0.092 amperes.
In sum, the mobile DAC xDuoo Link2 Bal caused me extremely positive emotions. Very low, as for a balance, power consumption, many different control elements, a replaceable cable, an interesting design and simply incredibly high power: 125 mW at a 3.5 mm output and up to 270 from the balance. According to the measurements, there is something stunning here, and the device sounds just incredibly clean and very detailed. At the same time, the manufacturer managed to maintain the perfect balance, endowing the sound with depth, melody and, thus, audiophile timbre volume. Again, this is the best mobile DAC I've come across to date. Excellent both technically and musically. It turned out just super cool, the best.
