8K Rendering Test on my Hackintosh
Testing the rendering of a minute 8k footage in Final Cut Pro X V10.3.4.
Hackintosh Build Specs:
OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 (Build 17E199)
Works flawlessly with just the bootflag for the NVIDIA Driver
Mainboard: ASUS Z170M Plus
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K 4 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
RAM: 16GB 2133 MHz DDR4
SSD: 240GB Crucial SSD
NVIDIA Web Driver Version 387.10.10.10.30.106
NVIDIA Cuda Driver Version 396.148
Tested with 8K Footage from http://www.red.com/sample-r3d-files
