12th row - 8 sc - 1 dec - 8 sc - 17 sc
13th - 18th row - 17 sc
We also knit the second leg and 2 ch between them.
Increase to get 42 sc
When we connect the legs together, knit 6 more rows in a circle - 42 sc = 24 rows
