Project Overview:
Megamod is a revolutionary platform doing to games what Spotify did to music and YouTube to video. It allows anyone to build playable 3D voxel worlds in hours—no coding required. It operates as a massive ecosystem where brands create interactive showcases, streamers host live competitions, and creators build games 4000x faster and 240x cheaper than traditional development. The platform boasts over 85,000+ ready-to-use game worlds and assets, 5,000+ creators, and 65,000+ players endorsing the quality (average rating 8.4/10).
The Megamod Product Suite:
MegaCore: The core tool for building multiplayer games based on supported mechanics and creating game levels/assets.
MegaBuilder: A dedicated voxel editor for creating props (objects used for building game levels in MegaCore).
MegaSkin: A tool for creating character skins that represent players during construction or gameplay.
MegaCode: A no-code system allowing any game object to get various properties set up and imported without coding knowledge.
StreamPlay (MegaStreamers / MegaChill): A tool transforming passive viewers into active players. Streamers can host up to 1,000+ concurrent participants via a single link (no downloads/registration). It includes an 80K+ game catalog, live controls, donation systems, and converts at least 28% of passive audiences into engaged players.
MegaApp / Game Portal: A curated cross-platform portal for playing the best Megamod games on any device (Web, Mobile, Smart TV) instantly.
MegaTrade: An exchange and trade system for players and creators.

Your Technical Contributions & Responsibilities:
High-Load Multiplayer Architecture: Engineered the multiplayer layer using Photon Fusion 2.0 (migrated from PUN), achieving a stable 200+ concurrent players (CCU) per server in a WebGL environment.
Core Ecosystem Unity: Architected a unified modular core system, achieving 90% code reusability across 7+ different products (MegaMod, MegaBuilder, MegaGames, etc.) reducing cross-platform development time.
Web & Frontend Integration: Developed a robust Unity-to-JS Bridge for seamless interaction with the React-based web environment, heavily optimizing WebGL memory heaps and performance for low-end devices.
Backend & Authentication: Integrated Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Remote Config), Supabase, and Discord API for cross-platform authorization and data management.
Third-Party & Monetization: Integrated Xsolla (WebShop & Payments), MetaMask (Web3), and advanced Amplitude event tracking.
R&D & Streaming Integration: Successfully integrated the YouTube API to synchronize virtual music festivals and video/audio content in real-time.
Editor Tooling: Built custom Unity Editor Tools for voxel world generation and prop editing to automate routine design tasks.
