FULL INGREDIENTS LISTS BELOW:
STARTER
Spicy Parsnip Soup
450g parsnips
2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Coriander Seeds

MAIN
Stuffed Mackerel with almond and oranges
2 mackerel fillets
1 orange
50g almonds
Brussel Sprout Coleslaw
400g brussel sprouts peeled & sliced
1 granny smith apple
1 red onion
1 garlic clove crushed
Tahini dressing
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
season with salt and pepper

DESSERT
Apple Crumble
3 large cooking apples (575g) cored, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp brown sugar
Topping
175g plain flour
110g brown sugar
110g cold butter (cubed)
add 100g of oats (optional)
3tbsp double cream or custard to serve
COCKTAIL TIME!
1 pomegranate or 4 parts pomegranate juice
3 tangerines juiced (keep skin to garnish)
4 part vodka
